| May 09 | Monsoon is late this year and Delhi is really really hot (in all possible meanings :P). We went for a team-family trip to Kanatal Camp (@ 8500 feet in Tihri Garwal zone in Uttarakhand). Though it was bit hectic to drive all the way up to hills and down but it was nice time-out for entire team and their loved ones. There have been some great escapes ont eh way back but luckily it was a happy ending. |

| Jan 09 | Tough time in the market, IT giant Satyam fell apart and I called up my friends at Satyam to know how they are doing. I know it is not easy when you know that CEO of your company is a fraud. Thank God! being captive center we are least impacted in the industry, otherwise heard that RBS is on cost cutting (?), TCS has cut budget on incentives and rewards this year and so on...well there was a good news as well, I got a chance to talk to Radio City 91.1 FM RJ Saima Iqbal and she interviewed me on 15th Jan and the topic for discussion was Nursery Admissions in Delhi. |

My blog-partner (read Varun) is leaving Gurgaon so re-planning on that now. Planning to re-launch the Delhi Parents Forum in a month or so - people may not understand the need of it but I feel I share whatever I know because I have seen and talked to desparate, helpless parents last year and things doesnt seem to have improved even this year (so far). |

The heat is on in Delhi on Nursery Admissions. Government is trying to cover the mess created by them a year ago.
